INFORMATION NOTICE PURSUANT TO ART.13 EU Reg 679/2016
The following notice represents a fulfilment of the obligations listed in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) which, pursuant to art. 13, sets out the requirement to provide data subjects with information regarding the processing of their personal data.

1. Data processors
The Data Controller of the personal data is Aristea International Srl, in the person of their pro tempore legal representative at the following address, Via Roma 10, 16121 Genova, Tel. 010-553591, Fax 010-5535970, e-mail genova@aristea.com, PEC genova@pec.aristeaonline.it, who may make use, within the limits of the law, of their own adequately trained representatives. The Data Protection Officer (DPO) of Aristea International Srl is to all intents and purposes the “Data Processor” and may use their own officers, who are adequately trained and bound by confidentiality, and will be expressly authorized to process the data. The data processing may also be entrusted to an external body responsible for the processing, that is, a third party other than Aristea International Srl who is highly specialized in the area of their competence. 2. Purposes and means of data processing
User data are collected to allow the data controller to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, respond to requests or executive actions, protect their rights and interests (or those of users or third parties), detect any malicious or fraudulent activities, as well as for the following purposes: to contact users, for statistics and for the viewing of content from external platforms. The Data Controller takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of personal data. The processing is carried out using computerized and/or telematic tools, with organizational means and methods strictly related to the above-mentioned purposes. In addition to the data controller, in some cases, other subjects involved in the organization of this website (administrative, commercial, marketing and legal staff, and system administrators) or external subjects (such as third party technical service providers, couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) may be appointed as data processors by the data controller and have access to the data. An updated list of data processors can be obtained at any time from the Data Controller.

3. Nature of the data provided
The data provided are of ordinary nature, i.e. identification, curricular and personal data, unless any communication of sensitive data is required by needs connected to the training activity for which you are registered, as well as for other purposes closely related to the performance of administrative and corporate activities or business activities and/or for statistical, scientific or promotional purposes related to the services of Aristea International Srl and/or other partner companies. Providing such personal data is to be considered mandatory. Any refusal will make it impossible to carry out the necessary or preparatory operations for the chosen activity. A refusal to provide such data would also make it impossible to carry out the correct administrative and teaching management required to fulfil our legal obligations.

4. Data recipients and data transfer
The processing of your personal data by the departments and employees of Aristea International Srl takes place exclusively for purposes strictly connected to the performance of the event and in line with the relevant legislative and regulatory provisions. For these purposes only, they may also be disclosed to:

  • insurance bodies and Inail (Italian National Institute for Insurance against Accidents at Work), for the obligations relating to insurance and accident management;
  • other public or private subjects to which Aristea International Srl outsources its services or with whom other conventions or agreements have been entered into;
  • credit institutions for the purposes related to participation and/or registration for the event;
  • judicial authorities (Penal Code and Code of Criminal Justice);
  • staff of Aristea International Srl or partner companies, to carry out research aimed at analysing possible improvements to services, in a form that does not allow direct identification of the interested party.

5. Data retention period
The data will be stored by Aristea International Srl in accordance with the principles set out in art. 5 Regulation (EU) 2016/679, for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes and with specific regard to the storage limitation principle referred to in art. 5, (1) e, Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

6. Your rights
We inform you that you, as the data subject, enjoy the rights referred to in sections 2, 3 and 4 of Chapter III of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. You are entitled, as the data subject, to the rights provided for by the following articles: art. 15 “Right of access by the data subject”; art. 16 “Right to rectification”; art. 17 “Right to erasure”; art. 18 “Right to restriction of processing”; art. 20 “Right to data portability” of EU Regulation 2016/679 within the limits and under the conditions set out in art. 12 of the Regulation itself. These rights can be exercised by contacting the Data Processor using the contact details indicated above. E-mail addresses, telephone or fax numbers provided may be used to send communications for purposes related to the carrying out of any contractual or promotional relationship. Withdrawing your consent to this is easy and it can be done, even at a later time, free of charge by getting in touch using the contact details provided above.
